Occupatioal Psychologist Lizz Fields-Pattinson is now working in partnership with behavioural change consultancy JOMC Ltd.
The main focus of Lizz's involvment with JOMC is in carrying out Safety Culture Assessments with companies who want to take their safety managment to the next level. These companies have put much time and resources into their safety management systems and have done much to improve Health & Safety conditions within the work environment, however they still continue to have accidents despite this. They now realise the need to concentrate their efforts on engaging their staff and thinking of the behavioursal side of safety to lower their accidents rates further and prevent staff being injured.
